Provincia di Crotone
The Province of Crotone is a local public authority located in Calabria, South Italy and is characterized by a high rate of unemployment, early school leaving and marginalization of youth. The province has different functions as environment, schools, roads, assistance, public transport, agriculture, services use, vocational training, which made the province a basic reference point in service to the citizens.
For years, it promotes actions that aim at the female and juvenile employment, in non-discrimination plans, also with national and local EU-funds. It is engaged in labor policies (training and equal opportunity actions); it informs and disseminates culture about equal opportunities or sorts of discrimination.
